Ashley and Scott Still Going Strong

It's rare to see Ashley Tisdale with her boyfriend Scott Speer, especially after she relocated to Canada to film "Hellcats".

The couple was spotted stepping out of a dinner date at Katsuya in Hollywood on Thursday (December 9). They had just attended the Miss Golden Globes Party, where Ashley met up with gal pals AJ Michalka and Brittany Snow.

We're really hoping for a new Ashley album in 2011. What do you say, Ash?!
