Demi Close to Settlment With Dancer

It looks like the legal battles between Demi Lovato and Alex Welch, the back-up dancer Demi punched in the face, will end soon!

Reps from both parties have released statements regarding the negotiations following Alex's announcement that she had yet to receive an apology from Demi, who is still currently in treatment.

Alex's attorney Donald Karpel announced, "Alex is seeking a settlement, an apology from Demi and a donation made to a charity of her choice."

Jesse Derris, Demi's rep, stated, "Demi?s attorneys have had an initial discussion with Mr. Karpel. They are exploring the possibility of an amicable resolution of this matter. We do not plan on making further public comments during this process."

We hope this is all over soon. How is Demi supposed to have a successful recovery when she is hounded with this legal junk?
